Today I discovered blueberries! I think it's my favourite fruit of all so far. I love getting my hands all purple and wiping them all over everything - such a pretty effect! Also, since Canadian Thanksgiving is just around the corner, the friendly neighbourhood wild turkeys have decided to pay us a visit. Although I had seen them before, this is the first time that I actually noticed them. Even though there were more than a dozen turkeys and only one of me, they got really scared of me and scampered into the bushes. They are very bizarre creatures!
In sadder news, my great-aunt has been admitted to the hospital with some kind of pulmonary infection. Let's send some positive vibes over to Poland for her!
